General Responsibilities:-
- Lead, and Manage Mechanical team to achieve the qualification, and schedule directly report to Design Director.
- Coaching Mechanical engineer to design their own projects.
- Resources planning. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manage overall company’s design planning and monitor design progress and performance
- Developing team and seeking new candidates to fit for team
- Facilitates team to support project meetings.
- Review Mechanical Design Drawings overall Projects
- Monitor manhours to meet project budget.
- Support PM/CM/QS Team to notify Mechanical Design problem.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Higher
- Minimum 12 years of engineering design experience and/or in building construction, construction supervision, or management
- Experience in local code and international code of regulation.
- Good command of spoken and/or written English is a must.
- Must be good in human relations, client contact, sharing site meetings, positive working attitude, and team building.
- Good computer literacy i.e. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and Auto CAD.
- Good understanding of Architectural, Civil and Structural Design/Construction and a general understanding of MEP design and installation.
- Team player, positive working attitude and self-motivated.
- Thai nationality only.
